The treatment that B.O.M. carries out of the followers in the social networks, will be the one that the corresponding social network allows to the corporate profiles. B.O.M. is responsible for the processing of data published by B.O.M. in the social network. B.O.M. through B.O.M. ‘s profile may inform its followers through the RRSS about its products, services, offers, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, as well as provide customer service.

The user Follower of an RRSS must accept the terms of use and privacy policy of the corresponding RRSS.

B.O.M. adopts the security levels required by the RGPD appropriate to the type of data being processed. However, given that the security measures of computer systems are not impregnable, there may be fraudulent actions by third parties, although B.O.M. provides all the means at its disposal to prevent such actions.
